BOOKING INFORMATION
Permanent Makeup

First Session + Second Session
Cost: € 395 in Installments (2 Sessions) Price Effective on January 2021
Deposit: €59+ Paid online to Secure your Appointment Date
1st Appointment: €236 to be paid on your first Appointment thru Card or Cash.
2nd Appointment/ Refinement Touch Up: €100 To be paid on your Second Session.
Time: 2 Hours for First Session; 1 Hour for Second Session
Pain: Minimal. Topical Anesthetic is used.
Additional Refinement Touch Up
Touch Up 6 months or more after your last appointments
Cost: € 140
Time: 1-2 Hours
€50 Deposit; and balance on the day of your treatment.
Pain: Minimal. Topical Anaesthetic is used.
Bookings are by Appointment Only.
Booking Fee is required to secure your session - paid online or through bank transfer. This fee will be deducted to the total amount of the service payable on your treatment day.
*For Phibrows/Microblading/Microshading Clients, with previous cosmetic tattoo, please send a clear photo of your brows before booking a treatment.

POLICIES
Booking an Appointment
Booking Fee or Deposit is required to secure all treatments paid online, through bank transfer, or in person before your desired appointment date.
Reschedule and Cancellation of Appointment
RESCHEDULING:
For Permanent Makeup
If you wish to reschedule your appointment to an earlier or later date or time, you can always do so atleast 48 Hours before your first appointment day. Please ring or message me as soon as possible so I can help you find a better day and time as I may have to move your second session too.
RESCHEDULING:
For Beauty Treatments
If you wish to reschedule your appointment to an earlier or later date or time, you can always do so by going back to your appointment listing and by clicking on the manage button and then the reschedule button. Or message me as soon as possible so I can help you find a better day and time.
REFUNDING:
For Permanent Makeup
a. 100% Refund if appointment is cancelled 48 Hours (2 Days) before your treatment day.
b. No Refund on Cancellations if its made less than two (2) days to one (1) minute before your treatment schedule.
i.e If you ring us 2 hours before your appointment, we will not able to get you a refund.
c. No Show means your Deposit is gone. And if you ever book again, we may require you to pay full in advance.
REFUNDING:
For Beauty Treatments
a. 100% Refund if appointment is cancelled at least 1 Day (24 Hours) before your treatment day.
b. 50% Refund if appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before treatment day.
c. No Show: Failure to show without notice will require full payment of service booked.
If you came in LATE - which is fifteen (15) minutes or more past your scheduled appointment, your booking is cancelled and considered a NO-SHOW. For a No Show, you will be required to pay full payment of the service booked. This applies to all treatments we offer.
All services rendered are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the service at any time, please reach out to the artist to discuss a resolution.
Promos, Discounts, and Offers

ALL PROMO GIFT CARDS are good for use on Microblading or Micropigmentation treatments only.

ALL PROMO GIFT CARDS to be used online will be given a special code to be used in booking.

A PROMO GIFT CARD can only be used for one treatment only at a time.

ALL PROMO GIFT CARDS cannot be used on top of other available coupons or discounts.

ALL PROMO GIFT CARDS are not transferrable to cash on any circumstances.

Pre-open Promotions: €500 and €50 GIFT CARDS are not transferrable to cash or any of its balance when not availed. It can be transferred for use by another person, provided that the first owner authorises it through a letter.

ALL PROMO GIFT CARDS (including Promotional Gift Cards) holders should book an appointment and is required to pay BOOKING FEE to secure an appointment. The Gift Card VALUE will be redeemed together with the BOOKING FEE after the total bill is calculated at the end of the service.

Balance unused in the card can be redeemed for the client's next appointment.

Card No. and Authorised Signature will be written and signed on the back of the card.

The Brow Story is not responsible for lost and damaged cards. A clear copy or photo and valid ID can be used to verify details from our records once cards are lost or damaged.

All Gift Cards issued should have an authorised signature and a card no. All cards issued are recorded with information available to us for your security.
COVID-19 STUDIO GUIDELINES

COME SOLO. Please don't bring friends or family members to your appointment. If you do, they have to wait in your car.

TEXT WHEN YOU ARRIVE. When you arrive for your appointment, please take a seat on the waiting bench just outside the salon door of Little Paris. I'll come and get you when I'm ready as there are no waiting area inside the salon. Waiting bench is in the First Floor - it is inside the building.

WEAR A MASK. Optional. Clients can wear a mask during the procedure. You can wear your own mask prior to arriving in our studio or we can provide one

CLEAN HANDS. As soon as you enter the building, you can clean your hands with the sanitising gel provided, and wear a mask.
These guidelines are made to make sure that there are less "contacts" made during a visit and that our Studio will remain easily manageable and safe for everyone.
